Digital pedalograph is a modern and technologically advanced system for imaging the anatomical morphology of the foot on the one hand, and on the other hand the distribution of pressures during standing and walking.
Using one of the analysis systems and taking an automated stride we are able to analyze the dynamic weight-bearing function of the legs (walking) and compile computer-generated reports of stride and pressure analysis. In the static examination, it processes the distribution- locating and averaging the mechanical pressure distributed to the lower extremities. It measures the distances, the angles and the support surface while at the same time analyzing the patient΄s stability during the upright position.
What does the Digital Pedometer measure?
In the Dynamic test, the graph of the load, the maximum pressure, the contact time and the vertical component of the body weight analyzes the different phases of the stride.
Measures the pressure in N/cm2 exerted during walking on each square centimeter of the soles.
Compares steps from static, dynamic measurement and enables analysis between the two legs.
